Welcome to Cutout Magic! These terms explain how you should (and shouldn't) use our service. By using our website or browser extension, you agree to these rules.

1. Using the Service

• Be Nice: Don't use Cutout Magic for anything illegal or to harass others.
• Abuse: If we detect abuse of our API or systems, we may block your access without notice.
• Accounts: You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

2. Image Content Rules

We want to keep Cutout Magic a safe tool for everyone. You may not upload or process images that contain:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content.
• Gore, violence, or disturbing imagery.
• Content that infringes on someone else's copyright.
• Any illegal content.

In case of violations we reserve the right to delete the content and ban your account without refunding you. Illegal content will be deleted and reported to the appropriate authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement inquiries and will comply with valid legal requests for information.

3. Usage Credits

Cutout Magic employs a usage credit system for certain tools.

• No Refunds: Usage credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• Expiration: Credits may expire if they remain unused for 24 months.
• Usage: Credits are deducted when you use some of our tools - the cost is displayed in the application.

4. How It Works

• AI Processing: We use third-party AI providers (like Google) to process your images. By using the service, you allow us to send your images to these providers for the sole purpose of providing the service.
• Storage: We store your images so you can access your history. You can delete them at any time.

5. Disclaimer

We try our best to make our tools give perfect results, but we can't guarantee every cutout will be flawless. Cutout Magic is provided "as is" without any formal warranties.

We might update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll let you know.
